Application of Terms

By visiting and/or taking any action on Obtain Code, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, emails, or any other communication.

Plugins

All plugins are 100% digital and delivered electronically to your email.

Obtain Code is not responsible for you not receiving your plugin if you fail to provide a valid email or for technical issues outside our control.

Security & Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Obtain Code does not directly process payments through the website.

License

Our plugins are developed for WordPress, an open-source software released under the GNU public license https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html. Therefore, any part of our plugins that constitute a derivative work of WordPress is also licensed under the GPL 3.0.

Licenses renew automatically every year unless you disable the subscription before the deadline. A valid and active license key is required in order to have access to updates, support, and downloads for the purchased plugins.

Support

Our general support hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 24 hours (Exception Weekends and Holidays).

Plugin support includes:

Installation guidance
Assistance with reported bugs and issues
Help with included 3rd party plugins

However, plugin support does not include:

Customization services
Installation services

Refunds

At Obtain Code, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. Refund requests are to be sent via submit a ticket. Please let us know that you would like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you are not happy. We love to know where things went wrong or how we can improve our work. No refunds are provided after 30 days of your date of purchase.

Refund Exceptions:

You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
The plugin did not meet your expectations or you feel the plugin is of low quality
You bought an plugin by mistake
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the plugin

Ownership & Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our plugins, modified or unmodified. All plugins are property of Obtain Code. Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our plugins.

Requesting, Modifying or Deleting Your Data (GDPR)

We are a small operation, but we work hard to make sure your data remains safe and we only collect what is needed to provide our services. If you want to request an export of your data, a modification to any data we have related to your account, or delete of all data permanently, please contact us and we’ll complete your request in a timely manner.
